Nemesis can't have knockback, because it will be a not nemesis) just normal zombie without skills
I wont fix anything now, it not a bugs, sounds need to have time to play, so if you have 10 sec due to infection it your problem, so also can change values in the code by yourselft, it won't be difficult, just open gamemodes.cpp
