There's an issue with the german translation file. It's using the wrong encoding so that sentences will cut out when a special char appears (in this case these are the umlauts).
For instance:
[VAC Status Checker] Du wurdest aufgrund einer früheren VAC Verletzung gebannt.
becomes
[VAC Status Checker] Du wurdest aufgrund einer fr
To fix this the
de/vacbans.phrases.txt should be encoded in UTF-8 (or UTF-8 without BOM).
