I have exactly the same problem as Jay, and mine is a new install using Sourcebans 1.1.1
When I check my databases there are 14 showing. If I need to run anything else to cure this problem, can you please explain how this is done, bearing in mind I'm completely new to using MySQL etc. Thanks
