For me, everything is working again. I had tried sourcemod-1.7.0-git4792-linux along with mmsource-1.11.0-git943-linux which resulted in a not starting server. So i've tried a different sourcemod version (sourcemod-1.6.2-git4559-linux) and now all is working again.

Even sourcebans is working again.
I did not change anything besides the updated sourcemod / metamod.
