Plugin Description:
Meow. Meow. Meow. / With this plugin admins with kick access are allowed to say /spec or /aspec and thus be switched to Advanced Spectate Mode. They will not be able to harm other players, be harmed by other players, or touch other players. They also look like a VIP and have a
ghostly glow on them. Alive players cannot see advance spectators.

Meow. The admin access and spectators model can be changed with the defines at the top of the sma. The admin model can also be enabled/disabled at the top of the sma.
