Starts a vote to turn Flash & Knivez on and off...
Description - You are given a flashbang every 20 seconds and you
can only use your knife...
Look I quicky ported this over from smokezknivez(amx) plugin for
someone!
I have not tested this yet but i'm sure it works!!!! If you have problems let me know. Hope you enjoy it
