Changed Plugin Name from "Damage Multiplier"
to
"Damage Manage"
Changed File Name from "damagemultiplier"

"damagemanage"
Damage can be now multiplied or/and added
Weapons can now have damage multiplied or/and added
Renamed all commands (added/moved mult at the end of commands that multiply damage)
Rename 2 ConVars :
sm_damagemult_version
to
sm_damagemanage_version
sm_damagemult_enable
to
sm_damagemanage_enable
Added ConVars :
sm_damageweakmult_default - Default damage received multiplied
sm_negativedamage_enable - Enable/Disable Negative Damage become his opposite
