1) My plugin also have save type option : "rs_remember" - How to remember the players (Registrations, Punishments): by Name(0), by IP(1) or by SteamID(2). Default: 0

- If someone breaks your Steam password and tries to play in server with my system and if the person does not know the password (which might be different) he will not play on this server.

- Most of the servers (Steam or No-Steam) use Name for saving there statistics (Kills, Deaths, Connections, Played Time) at least I think it is more practical.
