[Whoisnext]

I need help, I have stats_pug and before !dmg worked only when you are dead, if you tried while you are alive its said something like "you can't use the command while you are alive" or just "you are alive" forgot how it was , can someone send me stats_pug that !dmg works only when you are dead?
-Tried turning off /me in stats.ini but then its says "Server disable that command" and if i turn it on the alive can still see !dmg.
