Some hosts don't allow for much control, and since many put multiple servers on a single IP (using different ports), they may restrict you from using other ports on your IP because they may be sold to other customers.

If you paste the connect info for the server then join and quickly swap the port while your loading in to the gotv it lets you in. but if you simply try to join the gotv it doesnt work.
