When I connect directly to my 10 slot coop server, nobody ever joins. Only friends can join on my nickname.
When I connect through a lobby all 4 players connect. When one of four players leaves someone else will join in, but never does a 5th player ever connect. Nor a 6th, 7th, etc.
Can anyone explain?

sv_force_unreserved 1
sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0
sv_steamgroup_exclusive 0

Ideally, when I connect directly to the server (1/10) using the connect command in console, other players should be joining just like they join on a regular 4 player coop. But that does not happen at all.
Any advice?
