[L4D2]Reducing the health and special usage time Special infectedste infects

hi, left 4 dead 2, charger, spitter, etc. (except tank and witch, this infected only health) how to reduce the special usage times of other infected, and how to improve their health .
For ex:
Charger Simple Health: 600 > 1500(desired) features duration good
Spitter Simple Health : 100 > 150(desired) duration good
boomer simple health : 50 > 100(desired) duration bad (it's filling up very slowly.)
witch simple health : 1000> random health(1000 with 1500 between)
tank simple health : same health being random(20000 with 30000 between)
the time for the charger to run is minimal ,and I have to adjust when I'm constantly in the game. how do I change that, so I make it permanent without constantly adjusting it?
z_charge_duration simple: 2.5 sec > 15 sec(desired)
z_vomit_fatigue simple 1 > 0 (desired)
I want Boomer to move while he's puking, but I'm tired of writing him as a script to the console all the time. in short, how do I setting everything here permanently?
don't tell me it's an add-on for these because I've tried most of them(just for health)
