I tried this version on my server and it really messed up things.
Players spawning all over the map unable to move and no crosshair or weapon, though admins spawned ok with weapons and crosshairs.
Server win2k3, AMXx 0.16, CS 1.6, metamod 1.17.1

BTW I just updated this to use cs_set_user_team instead of trying to do a lot of messing around with menues...
It works fine so far on my test server with bots, but you can try it out for a while see if there's any issues.
This changes players instantly... on my CS 1.6 server. Dunno really how it works on CS 1.5...
