I know I was getting this error every time I was forced to download more than a few files in TF2 prior to the update last week Tuesday, but it has worked fine since then.
As for SOLID_VPHYSICS, I seem to recall seeing errors like those even on Valve maps.

I understand, is actually a custom map, the error is a bit old, but I think that is the excess of models / materials that the server loads.
I reference a person who said that to solve the problem would have to change the flag of the entity to 6. Is it possible to Stripper: Source?
