I'm looking to add this feature to my cs:cz servers:

When there is 0 players on the server, 4 bots should be available.
When 1 player joins 1 bot leaves, so 1 player + 3 bots (2vs2)
2 players 2 bots leaves, so 2 players + 2 bots (2vs2)
3 players etc.. you get the point - so when 4 players are on the server, no bot is active. When 1 of the 4 players leave, a bot is back in the game.

Is there a easy server.cfg setup for this, or do i need custom plugin?
I'm running newest metamod and amxmodx
