Well a few things:

1. Your website is fine, the plugin can't connect to the database to create the required tables. (That's causing the error).
2. Is your mysql server on the same network (lan) as your game server?
3. Using the root mysql user is a bad idea
4. I highly recommend removing your password from those posts (and changing it now, since it will have been emailed to people)
5. This would go faster in IRC as well
