I don't think they are flag as dead at that point, I think it's done within
CBasePlayer::Killed
, as well as checking if the round should end. Is that what you are
actually
trying to avoid? Also I think you could've tested it yourself.
You should post the model and what you have tried up until now. It's quite possible that you are doing something wrong.
