What does it do?
When a player is stabbed, it's publically announced in chat and a sound is played
Cvars:
sm_knife_Owned_version - version
sm_knife_sound - path to sound file,
Default: misc/haha.wav
sm_knife_enable - Enable or disable the plugin

How to install
1. Put the smx file in your plugins dir
/addons/sourcemod/plugins
2. Put the sound file in
/sounds/misc
