3. When you use nr_enabled "0" and then you change the map, it re-enables itself (although nr_enabled stays "0") and if nr_fence was "0" at the time you disabled the mod, then the next aim or awp map you play on has an invisible kill wall. No matter what nr_fence is set to, there is no fence displayed because nr_enabled is still "0".
