It is turned on for everyone except few people who complain heavily (since they have really got used to "default" shooting) to which we explain how to turn it off, therefore, never more then 2-3 players are using the off function.

As for "gameplay", PUB servers were never really about skill as any semi-serious CW player will easily know - no team flash, plugins like semi-clip + selfish/camping PUB player style are simply too different from anything that even resembles competitive gaming, therefore it really isn't as big problem as you believe it to be.

In any case, thank you for your effort, while I am also quite sad that you did not want to help me with needed changes, as my solution is just a "patch", and your could probably be better optimized.
