Sorry for the time that this update took. I got really busy over the weekend but I have a completely untested and bound-to-not-work version.
Compile it and test if you can.
The part about the HintText when you talk has been added, but it doesn't function yet as I'm probably going to wait for the release of (my/an) extension that provides simple voice hooks based on the VoiceHook metamod plugin and using a detour to hook the engine function (preferring the first method, of course). If you do not feel like waiting (as it will probably not be finished soon), just use the VoiceAnnounce sample extension provided by Asherkin and call OnClientSpeak(client) in its callback and everything should function properly.
Also keep in mind that I need to add the new translations to this new version, and I will do that in the next hour or so.
