Was trying to use tickrate 33 for a server without doors and physics.
The server was running a lot of mods so I was trying to make it lower tickrate so it won't choke cpu.
It's wierd cuz I remember there used to be a working tickrate enabler for tf2, but the old website is down for whoever hosted the files.
