Simply change the 180 on line 49 to some other value (value is in seconds and must end with a ".0").

A menu is a menu and if it works as a menu then what's the problem? Doesn't it already have colored numbers? There aren't a whole lot of colors possible with menus. If you would like something specific, you should request it and maybe someone could modify it for you.
