crazydog, i don't want bother anyone, but it works, i'm writing this post again for help Bailopan and let him on a right way, "you must use the correct .vdf file"...
follow my directions:
- install metamod with .vdf files for left4dead2
- open your client game
- open console and type connect your_server_ip:port
- until connected, open console again and type "meta version"
if you don't see anything you are made some errors...
so, maybe metamod it is not still ready, obviously does not respond to rcon command, but it is on a right way to be loaded and work :-) Bailopan will made it works, i'm sure of it..
