SM_Blink v1.1

Description:
Using the admin command sm_blink, the client can teleport exactly to where they are aiming.

Usage:
-"sm_blink" teleports the admin using the command to where he/she is looking (see scenario 1)
-"sm_blink <client>" teleports the client to where the admin is looking (scenerio 2)

-Ceiling support
-sm_blink now supports an argument of <client>
