the game it self is not delaying. just chat and death infos on top right corner will delays.
delay will end when a new round started.
server cpu usage %60, i/o usage(we have nvme...) ~23.5kb/s ram is enought network usage ~17mbps there is no issue with our hardware i am pretty sure about it.
i also changed many of cvars like buffer size, split rate, bullet penetration type but nothing fix this issue.
there is lots of 64/64 ze server with same plugins. why it is happening on our servers?
