I really do like this extension and it's installed on my server, but when I take this extension off of my server we experience around 98% less crashes. I am not sure why, I do have a bunch of messages like this:

Other than that I don't have much to go on as to why it crashes. I just know it definitely does. Let me know what information you need from my server and I'll be happy to share.
