Ok, stupid question ....
If a player belong to the steam-group being utilized, and membership in that group gives him (say "ab" access); and that same player has a higher-level access granted in admins.cfg and/or admins_simple.cfg (say "abcfgjk" access) ... which the in-effect be granted?

I ask because, right now .. it seems to be only granting whatever is in the steam group - ignoring any "elevated" privileges on particular servers, etc.
