Yes I have taken into consideration, I made several test with several people in my team, the plugin works perfectly well, whether you are a terrorist or anti-terrorist, once one dies, immediately the second coming the countdown is started.
If you do not trust me, you can test yourself on your server, but at least for me it works perfectly well.
