hi sir . how can i Personalization this plugin for a special player in my server that only he can use the new model of weapons and other normal players cant use the new model of weapons ??

for example :

a player with name " Alex " join's in my server and i want to Personalization a skin of a new weapon like golden m4a1 model for him that only he can use the golden m4a1 . can you help me ?? thanks
