Det gäller att hitta ballansen rates och fps.
When you find it you will get stable everthing ping, fps and so on but u need to find it there is no standard server rates it all depends on the server and the internet connection.
If the sys_tickrate is to high the server will work harder and maybe miss few things thats why you are getting unstable fps or ping, thats because the server is too weak and your sys_tickrate to high. sys_tickrate 10000 will let the server work allmost 100% ar alteast maximum which it maybe has hard time to do.
200 gbps 40 gbps terabits it doesnt matter... Your server will only get 100/100 or less depending on the host and i know where u host yours.
And no in sweden not everyone has 100/100

BTW you can put sys_tickrate in server.cfg you can but anything there you dont need to go via swedishhost and ask them.
