You can try installing Sublime Text build 3207 (
https://download.sublimetext.com/Sub...64%20Setup.exe
)
To migrate, just copy your `Data` directory over the 3207 `Data` directory.
You can also try setting the AmxxEditor setting `live_refresh_delay` to 0
