open menu with /manager

showing 3 things:

1.add admins
2.edit admins
3.remove admins

in add its showing who i want to add from the server and then the flags that i want for him-owner-manager-super admin-admin-vip

in edit its showing the admins and there i can edit ther flags

in remove its showing the admins and ther i can remove them.

the plugin well built with users.ini.

and when adding or removing it well show to all in the chat with a nice color.

saving admins with steam id.

so someone can give me?plz?

in the add-Admin this the flags that i need:
