[Scuzzy]

I have a plugin that I'd like to put in beta status, allow admins to try it out and give me a chance to get their input. Am I allowed to post it in the new plugins section, or is that for completed plugins looking for approval only? I'd like to get some input while going through the build process. It's a fairly large plugin, around 1300 lines using mySQL extensively in conjunction with Vbulletin.
