This is for the mod Zombie Master.

full player name: [Gsyn] k0mat0se

sm_mute k0m - sm_mute command not found

sm_mute "[GSyn]" - multiple clients match (good so command does work)

sm_mute "[Gsyn] k0mat0se" - command not found

sm_mute "*k0m" - no matching clients

sm_mute "*k0m*" - no matching clients


I did all these to maybe give you some insight into what might be happening.
