So this is gonna sound dumb but is there any reason this shouldnt work with 1.5?

"sm_ban {TARGET_NAME} 30"

I'm trying to get Custom Votes to work (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=235115) and sm_ban isnt working for me. Did the syntax change in 1.5?
