sorry... dont work for me... the server shut down if i use this plugin

i have:

Rootserver (linux suse 9.3)
newest cstrike
AMXX 1.71
Metamod 1.19p28

in my amxx.cfg i put these:

then i restart my server and type "irc connect" in the console... after this the the bot join the channel and server shutting down
