If you can't find the exact same ones from the video, then they're definitely private versions, like Marttt said. That means you would have to contact the owner of the server and see if you can buy/get copies of the server's plugins.
I emailed the owner of the server, but he didn't get a return. I am close to 1 year, I am looking everywhere for the Plugins used on your server.
