The plugin doesn't have the capability of restricting grenades per team, as that's beyond the desired scope. It's more than capable of limiting x grenades per player, however, as that's what it was meant to do. And if memory serves me correctly, this plugin was specifically given support with Dr!fter's Weapon Restrict plugin. As everything works on my test server, what "doesn't work" for you. The "Prefix_*", like in most of my plugins, only use the server's language and not the clients, so you'd have to set your server to Hungarian for that to function properly.
