Can somebody take a look at this counter strike all stars mod and see why I cannot get the zombie scenario to trigger?

It seems to have the files for it in the AMXX folder, they seem to be the same as counter strike extreme 7.
I dont know much about AMXX modding, at all, but as far as I know I should be able to trigger it into zombie scenario with "Plugins-nstzbs.ini", but I cant get it to do it.
I scoured through all the ini's and cfgs and tried swapping files with CSX7, but I cant get it to do it.
Well, I did get it to trigger finally after swapping files with CSX7, but then it messed up the weapon system.
Does anybody know what "weapon guitar is not in your warehouse" means?
Anyway I dont know how to code so I dont know what I'm looking at, any help would be greatly appreciated.
