Does this plugin still work?
Im having big troubles with hackers with "STEAM_ID_PENDING". IP ban is useless because they change IP and reconnect.
I hate Valve as they cannot fix this stupid fault in the game.
I dropped the files to addons/pending_mm but:
[META] Failed to load plugin addons\pending_mm

Any help or any sourcemod version of this plugin?
