Oh, but another thing is that the missing textures only show up for people using mac. I've also noticed this among some bosses theme's, not the intro but the music that plays over their gameplay.
EDIT: I fixed the redownloading of files. Now it jumps from Retrieving server info to Sending Client Info. No probs there. Except for the mac issues...
