Known bugs:
Compiler cannot use ternary operators.
*Engine's find_entity() is broken
xtrafun functions are not in yet
*amxmod.inc has two bad definitions (they need to be removed)
amxx_mm_i386.so may not work on all linux machines. this has to do with a compile linking to lib stdc++
