When posting things like this, you should also post the error that is shown at the bottom of the "amxx list" output.

Regardless, I just tested it on my server and I get the same thing. I found a post about having the same issue
here. However, the version of my GeoIP module is the same as all the other modules so I'm not sure what's going on.
