Block Kill
Description
This is a simple plugin, block the use of the command you type in console called "kill", used to kill yourself.
CVARS

amx_bkenabled: ( Default: 1 )
0 - Disabled Block Kill.
1 - Enable Block Kill.

amx_bkteam: ( Default: 0 )
0 - Enable Block Kill for all Teams.
1 - Enable Block Kill only Terrorists.
2 - Enable Block Kill only Counter-Terrorists.
