Thanks to the OP for the plugin the heartbeat had been a major issue on my server and also i had seen this happen on vanilla servers alot also, im amazed valve havent made this a permanent fix as yet as its a real game breaker problem when one team is stuck with only 3 human players in vs due to the issue.

This plugin is wonderful and thanks Dirka Dirka for the update mate.
