Pros: * Improved performance greatly Cons: * Bans and gags file are no longer reloaded automatically, they'll only be reloaded when needed, so I don't advise manually opening bans/gags file and editing them, if you want to add/remove bans/gag you have commands in the admin menu. * Bans and gags will no longer be removed automatically upon expiration from the file (expiration method will still be available, just that there will be expired bans/gags in your files so you'll have to manually clean them out occasionally.)
