Looks like the projectile crashes were caused by tf_weapon_criticals 0 simulator. I also had it crashing whenever the Boston Boom-Bringer's sound played (via taunting with the attribute) but disabling TF2Attributes seems to have fixed that as well. Could've been something else that I'm using with TF2Att, though.

Simply spawning a tf_zombie seems to precache everything needed without error. Doing so won't completely lag the server or clients, unlike doing the same with Merasmus.
EDIT: My Windows server is running an old version of SM, which is probably why that simulator crash is happening.
