1. This plugin doesn't do anything to votes. You might not see the end of map vote if you have some other menu open, but most menus in ckSurf only appear if no other menu is open.
2. The plugin checks which maps you are using and how many maps you have by reading your mapcycle.txt. 1. thanks, however, disabling the plugin makes End of Map voting of srcds default work, not sure why
