Hello my friends!

Is it possible to:

1) Disable the equip sound when you give a player a hegrenade? Because if you give someone a nade while they are firing, the equip sound will stop the sound of the weapon currently firing.

and

2) Disable the deafness and ringing effect when a nade explodes close to you? Because when you have a lot of nades exploding, it's no good!
